Todd Connor, MBA, Lead Facilitator
Todd Connor is a former management consultant, U.S. Navy veteran, and a reputable leader in both the public and private sector. He is a two time entrepreneur and has helped lead the design of experiential career development programs for Crain's Chicago Business. His expertise help bring together the best of networking, experiential learning, and civic exposure to deliver post-academic professional value for participants.

Todd is the co-founder of Flank 5 Academy, a professional development strategy firm, as well as The Bunker, an entrepreneurial support organization for military veterans at 1871.

Todd holds a BA from Northwestern University, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
